Fingernail Problems

Published by at 10:55 pm under finger nail problems

Question:

My finger nails are gradually
disappearing and are soft.
Any suggestions?

Response:

Here is a response from Dr. John
Coleman, a naturopathic doctor.

It could be a few things here.
She may have a problem absorbing
protein. She needs to look at her diet
and see how much protein she’s
getting – especially eggs, fish, avocado,
nuts and seeds, quinoa. If that’s okay, |
silica in tissue salt or homeopathic
form is often good. It is also important
to take a good quality, high potency
vitamin B complex supplement.
Vitamin C is also critical here.
If you would like further assistance,
consider enrolling in John’s mentoring
program where he offers a step by
step approach for helping people
get relief from their symptoms and
individualized assistance. You can find
