Difficulty Getting Low Dose Naltrexone for Parkinson’s Prescriptions

I have been trying to get a prescription of Low Dose Naltrexone for Parkinson’s since I came back from the Santa Fe Summit in Feb. It is very disheartening. Why is it so difficult to get? Does it work best the sooner you start?
